Terms of Use
What CourtWatch is
CourtWatch is a free, personal automated tool that checks publicly available NYC Parks tennis reservation data and alerts you by email, and by text message (SMS) if you opt in, when a court opens up for a time slot you're monitoring. CourtWatch never books courts for you — you book them yourself on the NYC Parks website.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CourtWatch. When you create an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
No affiliation with NYC Parks
This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NYC Parks & Recreation or the City of New York. It is an independent personal project that reads publicly accessible reservation information.
No guarantees
CourtWatch is provided "as-is" with no warranty of any kind. Court availability information may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. We are not responsible for missed reservations, booking errors, or any other consequence of relying on these notifications.
Alerts and how to stop them
You may receive alerts at irregular intervals when a monitored slot becomes available. A one-time monitor sends one alert and then pauses itself; you can restart it from the link in the alert email. A weekly repeating monitor sends at most one alert per week and then automatically starts watching the following week, until you stop it or its end date passes; its alert emails include links to skip a week or stop it. You can stop future alerts at any time by pausing or deleting a monitor from your account.
SMS text message alerts
SMS alerts are optional. If you provide a mobile phone number when creating your account, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS court-availability alerts and notifications from CourtWatch at that number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using CourtWatch.
Message frequency varies and depends on court availability for the monitors you create. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any CourtWatch text. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. To start receiving texts again, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email ctcavarretta@gmail.com.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your phone number is used.
Free to use
This service is currently offered at no cost. There are no subscriptions, fees, or charges of any kind.
Changes to service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue CourtWatch at any time without notice.
